Describe your platform:
My platform is raising
awareness of the impact
of childhood trauma.
Childhood trauma has
been linked to the top
ten leading causes of
death in the United
States. Chronic stress

due to trauma can lead to negative coping
mechanism such as smoking and drinking and/or
any number of diseases such as cancer and heart
disease.
What makes you so passionate about it?
I am a survivor of childhood trauma. I suffer from
migraines and doctors were never able to find a
cause or a cure for my migraines until I found out
through research that migraines are linked to
childhood trauma.
What is (or was) your
winning title? My title
is
Ms.
California
America 2019. I am
competing in the Ms.
America Pageant 2019.
Describe your platform:
My platform is "Blue
Hope Nation" which
serves as an advocacy
and support group for
individuals and their

families
battling
colorectal cancer and promotes awareness efforts and
early detection.
What makes you so passionate about it? My father
was diagnosed with Stage 0 colorectal cancer almost
10 years ago and because of early detection and
treatment (chemo therapy) he is now cancer free.
However, the treatment did take its toll on him; his
teeth were affected and he lost so much weight at his
lightest he weighed 118lbs. He is now up to 142lbs and
while not the same, is still alive and with us today to
share in our lives. We are grateful for early detection
and awareness of colorectal cancer.
What is title: Tiny Miss Americas Natural Beauty...ANB
Describe your platform:
I want to help make foster kids feel more at home by providing necessary
personal items...socks and underwear. When most kids are placed in foster
care they come with the clothes on their backs. I collect undies and socks to
new kids because who wants to use someone else's personal items. So far I
have donated 200 sets of tushys and toes care packs to new foster kids in Polk
County.
What makes you so passionate about it?
I would not want to wear someone else's undies so why put an already upset
child in a position more uncomfortable then what they are already dealing
with. I include tooth brush, tooth paste and body wash with my packages.
