Number 1: "Grimoire for The Green Witch" is my number one beginners book pick by Ann Moura. So many reasons for this choice that I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, it’s very easy to understand. She wrote in a way that is very easy to comprehend. The book starts off with the absolute bare bones basics and slowly moves into the more advanced things. Even people who have been in the craft for a while can learn something from this book as it covers a very large variety of topics. Anything from Sigil Magick to making a Faerie Circle is covered in this, as well as meditations that you can do. The best part about this book is that it can be adapted to almost

any path. The rituals are very generic and can be changed in small ways or completely adapted.

Reader Poetry

Afterworld

By Laurie Seekamp

No more ruthless bloodshed

over politics or drugs.

No more shovels dirtied

over graves needing to be dug.

No more choking smog,

and filthy, littered parks.

No more rivers rainbowed

with oils light and dark.

No more children murdered

by drunkenness and abuse.

No more teenagers using drugs

only to die from misuse.

No more death from hunger

and disease infested lands.

No more rape and torture

or thirst in desert sands.

No more trophy shooting

for gentle, innocent creatures.

No more nuclear bombs on earth

to blow away its features.

Death, disease, hunger, pain

all washed clean away..

to cherish only love and life

through each passing day.
