NOTE FROM PRESIDENT/CEO
P2S is extremely active in the ever-changing and rapidly expanding
healthcare market. Our dedicated Healthcare design group is
currently working on numerous projects throughout the state
and beyond. Healthcare design carries unique challenges found
in every stage of the design, construction and post-completion
phase. The way in which these challenges are met and overcome is
consequential not only for the benefit of the facility itself, but for the
treatment efficacy and health of the patients within that facility. Our
healthcare design group is intimately knowledgeable on the special
circumstances that affect healthcare facilities and this depth of
knowledge and experience allow them to meet any healthcare design
challenge, no matter the type of client or facility.
We’re extremely proud of the P2S Healthcare Group and so we
decided in this issue to share some interesting information about
them and the work they do. Healthcare Group Manager, Michael
Gilmore, and San Diego Healthcare Group Manager, Paul Luster
discuss the importance of indoor air quality for healthcare facilities.
After that, is a look at a Healthcare Director of Mechanical
Engineering Zoltan Mezei’s traveling Cx presentations for architects.
Then, Healthcare Director of Electrical Engineering, Kurt Kaiser,
joins Michael and Paul for a Q&A on the latest trends in the
healthcare industry.
Also in this issue you’ll find a construction management Q&A from
our Director of Construction Management, Scotty Galloway, and
learn about our recent awards and tradeshow appearances.
As always, we hope you enjoy this issue of the P2S Quarterly. Any
and all suggestions, comments or feedback are greatly appreciated.
Take care and have a wonderful autumn.
Sincerely,
Kevin Peterson
President/CEO
