S
teve Davison is currently
revising some of his walking
guides whilst also writing
monthly walks for regional
magazines.
After 30-odd years living between
the Chilterns and the North Wessex
Downs, Steve has relocated to the
South-West of England, and is
looking forward to exploring the
counties of Somerset, Dorset, Devon
and Cornwall, including Exmoor and
Dartmoor, over the coming years.
Trips last year included the
Pembrokeshire coast, the picturesque
Isles of Scilly and exploring some of
the islands off the coast of Croatia,
especially Hvar; trips organised for
2018 include Florence.
Steve was also very pleased to
receive a High Commended award
from the OWPG for his guidebook
Walking the Kennet and Avon Canal
Enquiries about the Kennet and
Avon Canal, the North Wessex Downs,
the Chilterns, New Forest National
Park, the Ridgeway and the Great
Stones Way, along with South-west
England and any of the trips are
always welcome.
