This issue is very special to me since raising consciousness is part of the reason I started Ownit Magazine. All change begins with more awareness, and growth happens at the end of your comfort zone. For all you creative beings out there, who seem to face more self-doubt than others, I hope you'll find hope, inspiration, and tools to experience the spiritual being you already are. Discover your X-Factor, heal yourself, express your creativity, and conquer self-doubt. Don't hold back. I found this striking sentence: "Self-esteem is living in such a state of creative expansion that you go over your edge every day. You are always living in wonder about whether you can do it or not. More creativity means more doubt; yet you keep breathing, keep moving, keep creating. You breathe through the doubt and ride a bigger wave of creativity." (Conscious Living by Gay Hendricks). I am very honored to have Lisa Nichols on the cover of the magazine. Her transformation is the best, as she says “I am an ordinary woman who chooses every day to make one more extraordinary decision.” If she can do it, you can too!
