A one-liner is one sentence that explains what you do and what you offer in such a way that you capture the attention of most people. It comes from the movie industry.

When somebody asks what you do, what do you say? A lot of us struggle to talk about what we have to offer. Start with these three questions, watch the video, and you will have a clear message that you can use. It's simple, and that's why it is so powerful.

1. Identify your customer’s problem.

2. Explain your plan to help them. Here’s what we do to solve your problem.

3. Describe a successful ending to their story.

Their own one-liner is: “Most businesses struggle to talk about what they offer. We have a process that helps them clarify their message, so their companies start growing again.”
This is an excellent exercise that will help you create your one-liner to describe your business.
My first draft: A lot of women feel they are meant for so much more, but they still hold back. We have an online magazine that gives them the inspiration, role-models, and programs to grow their confidence, so they find the courage to act and release their power to live fulfilling, happy lives, making a difference by doing so.
