Legato Circle
Marin Alsop
“I am very grateful to all the Legato
Circle donors who are helping
to sustain the BSO for the next
generation and beyond.”
In 1992, the Board of Directors of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra
established the Legato Circle to honor those individuals who have included
the BSO in their long-term financial plans, including gifts by bequest, trust,
life income, qualified IRA or life insurance. As in a legato musical line, these
special designations ensure the smooth transfer of musical values from this
generation to the many following.
We gratefully acknowledge the following donors who, since August 2011,
have let us know that they have included the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra
in their estate plans, have increased their legacy commitment to the BSO, or
have established a Named Fund honoring a loved one through their estate.
These donors are among the more than 108 members of the Legato Circle,
a full list of which may be found at baltimoresymphony.plannedgiving.org
