The Planning Committee
The Planning Committee was organized for the purpose of conducting the comprehensive
and strategic planning process across the Cowlitz Indian Tribal organization. The
Committee is composed of seven members who are a mix of staff and Tribal elected
officials, with some committee members serving in dual roles:
Jerry Iyall, Committee Chair, Tribal Council Member
Debbie Hassler, Pathways Program Manager, Tribal Council Member
Philip Harju, Tribal Attorney, General Council Vice Chairman
Dan Meyer, IT Manager, General Council Treasurer
Kim Stube, Director of Transportation
Christine Myers, Tribal Planner
Abriel Johnny-Rodriguez, Governmental Affairs
Special thanks to Tal Moore and Alicia Finley of REDW for their
work in facilitating comprehensive planning efforts with Tribal Council.
