7.1 Generational Focus • Consider all generations and methods of communication when
developing strategies that empower the family system
• Utilize varying types of technology to increase access to cultural
knowledge and resources
• Define ownership and accountability of all Tribal Members
• Identify cultural barriers
• Identify and leverage resources to optimize limited funding
• Explore the possibility of developing a distinct department headed by a
Director and adequate staff
• Record and capture Tribal history of our ancestors from our Tribal Elders
7.2 Fiscal Need • Identify cultural committees needing funding and level of self-sufficiency
• Research and seek other sources of funding, fundraising, etc.
