N MANY INSTANCES the main focus of boating safety
is centered on adult boaters. In doing vessel safety checks we inquire as to the life jackets aboard a vessel, their condition and if they are readily available. However, we rarely inquire if there are infant, child and youth life jackets for the possibility of children coming on board. From this thought a program was founded.
