In New Rochelle, New York, Coast Guard Auxiliary members from D1SR Division 7, work with Harbor Master Captain Salvatore Guglira during the boating season to ensure safe boating practices. In honor of Safe Boating Week, Mayor of New Rochelle Noam Bramson presented a Proclamation officially marking National Safe Boating Week in the City of New Rochelle. Division Commander Bob Heinemann presented a Certificate of Appreciation and a challenge coin to Captain Gugliar for outstanding cooperation and support of the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
