Members from a variety of units took part, including the Upper Manhattan Flotilla, the City Island Flotilla, the Lower Manhattan Flotilla, and the Bayside Flotilla. This annual communications event shows not only the solidarity among units and communications teams within the Coast Guard Auxiliary, but also the operational capabilities of these units. It is clear that no matter how far the distance, flotillas can quickly establish communications and respond, whatever the incident.
