Y ALL ACCOUNTS, the Leadership Development Academy
(LDA) held at the Coast Guard Academy on 9-11
December 2016 was an outstanding event.
The primary purpose of the LDA was to help newly elected officers of Districts 1SR to recruit and retain new shipmates, conduct better and more efficient meetings, and resolve conflicts that may arise during such meetings.
