N 15 JANUARY, 2017, at the Old
Bermuda Inn on Staten Island, the elected and appointed officers of Division 14 gave voice to their commitment to serve with Honor, Respect, and Devotion to Duty, at our annual Change of Watch.
Commodore Formato presented Challenge Coins to the crews of two Flotilla 14-04 operational facilities that, while conducting check rides in August, facilitated the rescue of eleven mariners during a dramatic “come upon” case in Raritan Bay. The Crew recipients were Mike Rebeck, Dan Mastroguilio, Sal Musmeci, Mike Garone, Steve Kisver, Greg Kisver, Sherry Kisver, Donna Formato, and Jack Lund.
