What a World owner Frank Picone realized that with a Coast Guardsman aboard, the facility was authorized to fly the Coast Guard ensign. Frank and Hank Cerasoli made the switch while enroute to the parade staging area.
The crew were Frank Picone, Ray Wolff, Hank Cerasoli, Vicki Campolong, and coxswain Ed Petrie.
