HE FIRST COMBINED D-TRAIN was well attended by both First Southern
and First Northern Districts April 1-3 at the Mystic Marriott in Groton,
Connecticut.
Instructors from both Districts teamed up to present a wide variety of topics, from core value training to award-writing skills, telecommunications, and Aux Air. The packed schedule of events included Fellowship Friday Night, the Sector Commanders Luncheon on Saturday, and the 1st District Commodores Dinner on Saturday evening -- and most importantly, shopping at the District Store, where it seems all friends and family congregate frequently.
