Welcome to Edition 50 of Outer Edge! Just in time for summer!
With this edition we’re also launching the Outer Edge Adventure Junkie APP – the ultimate guide
for gear, adventures and travel! We have hundreds of entries already, and this APP is so amazing
– you can add your own destinations as you go! We hope you are as excited as we are!
Now, we know how much you love adventure so this edition is packed full of some of our favourite stories of the year! So many people doing so many amazing things!
As the weather warms up and we head into the summer months, not to mention Christmas
break!, no doubt you’re already thinking of what kind of adventure you can get up to in between all that festive eating, drinking and partying.
Here are a few tips:
Make a plan to get plenty of fresh air. If you’re looking for an adventure, head into the great outdoors so you can breathe in the air while you’re having a blast. Block out weekends, or an entire
week, and head out camping or hiking. You only live once and you might as well make the most
of the sunshine.
Get some of your best mates on board. As we get older, life gets busier and there’s no doubt it
gets harder to catch up with everyone. This is your perfect chance. Plan a few days away camping, hiking, kayaking, climbing – whatever suits you – and rope in your mates to join you. Include
a free carton of beer if you need to – just get everyone together and have a great time adventuring.
