Dr. Donald Stenta has been at the Ohio State University for nearly 25 years in higher education and student
affairs roles. He serves as the Director of Student Life
Recreational Sports and as a lecturer with the John Glenn
College of Public Affairs, where he teaches leadership and
public policy. Don has been a long-time member of ACPA:
College Student Educators International, and NASPA:
Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, and
currently serves on the Board of Directors for NIRSA:
Leaders in Collegiate Recreation. He has presented extensively at these organizations’ state, regional, national,
and international conventions. He earned his bachelor’s
degree from Binghamton University, master’s degree from
the University of Vermont, and Ph,D. from the Ohio State
University.

the Priceless Experience
Jemar is a wilderness guide and leadership development
specialist, and he has been a practicing outdoor educator
for 15 years. He is co-founder of Red Clay Wellness,
and he coordinates local programs for North Carolina
Outward Bound through Outward Bound Atlanta. He
is an
