Baylor Heart and Vascular Hospital at Fort Worth ( BHVH FW ) is licensed as an ambulatory surgery center ( ASC ) by the Texas Department of State Health Services ( TDSHS ) and operates as a hospital outpatient department of BHVH ’ s licensed hospital in Dallas pursuant to the Medicare providerbased facility regulations . BHVH FW is located in the same building as Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth ( BAS ), which operates as a separately licensed hospital . Baylor Hamilton Heart and Vascular Hospital includes joint ownership with physicians .
