Performance composite score for Baylor Heart and Vascular patients on 11 acute and discharge performance measures for STEMI patients REGIONALIZED STEMI PROGRAM Baylor Heart and Vascular Services at Dallas, the combined strength of Baylor University Medical Center and Baylor Hamilton Heart and Vascular Hospital, reported a total of 131 STEMIs in fiscal year 2016. Educational campaigns occurred throughout fiscal year 2016 at every Baylor Heart and Vascular Services at Dallas health fair, community event and speaking engagement to help raise awareness for the importance of calling 9-1-1 instead of driving oneself to the emergency department if experiencing chest pain.
