Enrolment
An Enrolment Form must be completed before a child can
attend. This form must be renewed at the beginning of the new
school year. To ensure all information on our records is correct
and current, please inform the Centre as soon as possible of any
changes during the year. This is a legal requirement.

Signing In and Out Records
Whoever brings a child to the Centre or collects a child at the
end of the day, is required to initial and record the time of
arrival or departure. There are record sheets located at the front
desk for this purpose.
Out of School Care Hours of Operation
• Before school care 7.00am – 8.30am
• After school care
3.00pm – 6.00pm
Bookings • Student free days 7.00am – 6.00pm
Children must be booked in on attendance days for their
own safety and to enable the Centre to work within the
correct staff/child ratios as per the Education and Care
Services National Regulations 2012. Bookings can be made

• Vacation care 7.00am – 6.00pm
In respect of all services there is a requirement to give a
minimum of 24 hours notice of a non-attendance or in the
case of sickness as soon as practically possible. If notification is
not received prior to the commencement of the day concerned
there will then be a 70% charge of the daily rate. In the event
of a day including an excursion or incursion, a week’s notice
(7 days) is required. Please note that cancellations must be
made in writing to the Centre Coordinator via email to:

The Centre is not able to care for children who are ill. Parents/
carers will be contacted if their child is unwell and are expected
to have the child picked up as soon as practicable.
Child Care Benefit
Child Care Benefit is available to eligible parents for all services.
Please provide your Centrelink Customer Reference Number
(CRN) upon enrolment. The appropriate forms must be lodged
with the Family Assistance Office (Centrelink) to receive Child
Care Benefit. For more information please contact the FAO
on 13 61 50. Child Care Rebate is available for all services
including the cost of an excursion/incursion.
