CHEESY MACARONI

Ingredients:

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

2 tbsp, melted butter

2 tbsp plain flour

1 1/2 cup low fat milk

2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

4 tbsp dry bread crumbs

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cook macaroni according to package direction.

In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat then stir in the flour until it is smooth.

Pour in half of the milk and heat until

it is thick. Then add the rest of the milk and stir until sauce is thick and smooth.

4. Peel off the paper layer and attach ribbon’s end to the cup.

5. Wrap ribbon around cup gently pressing it to the adhesive tape. Fix ribbon’s end inside a cup using small piece of tape.

Daniel’s all-time favourite is to bake his version of cheesy macaroni. Easy to prepare and it tastes amazing.
