OURVOICE: What would be your best advice to those wanting to get into either the modeling field or designer on the grid.

REIGN: To understand it takes a lot of work and patience. Things do not happen overnight here in Second life as they don't in Real life so one must understand that and continue to work on their craft and become Master's at it. That is really how one achieves anything in both lives. I always think of Nike "Just do it". If you have a dream then go after it, the only person holding you back is yourself.

OURVOICE: How much of your RL play a part in the drive we see in your SL business and creativity? 100% of my Real Life plays into my Second Life.

REIGN: I know many that think this is just a game but this is more than a mere way to just have fun. One can be creative and just let the mind wonder, on the other hand I am a business woman in Real Life and run my business accordingly here. Many do not understand the magnitude of what I do here and think that I have all the time in the world to hang out but I run my life in Real life and in Second life by a calendar in order to keep myself on time with projects. I have lost sleep, weight with countless hours of working in both Real Life and Second Life in order to ensure my team has the tools they need in order to do a great job. I am a catalyst for change and great opportunities, seize them.
