Cycle Superhighway, or CS9,
continue to develop.
Councillor Sam Hearn, who has
represented his constituents for
a decade, says, “The key point is
within TFL’s own consultation: the
scheme will increase pollution on
the high road and divert traffic
onto the A4 which is already
heavily polluted and congested. In
principle, it’s an excellent idea but
the unfortunate result will be an
even poorer air quality for Chiswick
