Strangely the ‘less is more’ approach seems to be working well as we continue to work with the very best properties for vendors and landlords, and also with many motivated, willing and able buyers and tenants. This is all good news for landlords and sellers in the area. However, buying a home for either a first-time purchase or investment remains a challenge as stock levels and choice are still very limited, which is keeping prices robust and competition high for the accurately priced properties. We are shifting into prime season for house sellers and we are seeing more enquiries The market for selling flats has been particularly busy with second home purchasers making their decisions to buy on their new flat rentals. And now that we shift into the prime season for house sellers we are seeing more enquiries from prospective buyers. So if you are thinking of selling or renting and would be interested to hear what is really happening in the local market do contact us. Thankfully I’m getting back on my feet and am able to walk without crutches after my Christmas five-a-side football disaster. So as the weather improves I’m looking forward to being able to walk to my appointments and get back to jogging along the river. Since my injury the team have endured a poor run of form at Rocks Lane. One could attribute it to my absence... but any calls for me to return to the pitch are misplaced. I’m done.
