Greater Limestone Autumn is upon us now and I imagine, in a flurry, the holidays will be here before we know it. The next few months bring lots of new and exciting events to Limestone – and we’re quite sure you won’t want to miss out on some of them … if not all of them! A Harvest Festival will be taking place at the end of October. Friday, the 29th to Sunday, the 31st (Halloween!). As of this writing, exact details about the events are still being worked out but there are quite a few ideas on the table (such as an adult Harvest Dance!) and it should prove to be an exciting weekend for both young & old. The events are being coordinated by Limestone’s Parks & Recreation Director, Amanda Brooker. If you haven’t met her, be sure to stop into the center & share your ideas with her. Amanda is all about fun and offering a variety of programs to the community. One event in particular that Limestone’s new Recreation Director has planned for Halloween at the school, which you & your children will not want to miss, so mark your calendar now … is a “Trunk or Treat!” Vehicles that belong to local
