Wintergreen Arts Center appoints local author as new executive director The Wintergreen Arts Center, a nonprofit organization that provides hands-on experiences to encourage creativity and the arts in Aroostook County, today announced that local author Dottie Hutchins is assuming the position of executive director. She succeeds present Executive Director Heather Harvell, who remains Co-Chairman of the Wintergreen Art Center’s Board of Directors, along with Co-Chairman Kim Guerrette Michaud. “ACADIAN ROOTS: Images of the St. John Valley” with Paul Cyr Photography.
