people who welcome anyone and
everyone to their home. They treat
their employees like family and
their guests like best friends. I will
be leaving for college in August and
I will hate having to leave this place
behind. I will miss Shin Pond Village.
It is the place that I caught my first
frog and took my first gator ride. My
bosses are my family and will always
continue to have an impact on my
life. As I leave, my younger brother
and sister will follow in my footsteps
as they too work at this wonderful
little piece of paradise.
So, to all of you Mainers
who are never satisfied, come to
Shin Pond Village. It is a place where
winters aren’t long enough and
summer seems to last forever. Shin
Pond Village: a place where time
stops and the memories are never
ending.
