Dr. Perlmutter specializes in orthopedic surgery for upper extremities: hands,
wrists, shoulders and elbows. He completed his surgical internship at Jefferson
Medical College/Lankenau Hospital, Ardmore, PA., his Orthopedic Residency at
Thomas Jefferson University Hospital/Pennsylvania Hospital, and a Fellowship in
Hand and Microsurgery of the Upper Extremities at University of Miami, Department
of Orthopedic Surgery. He is Board Certified with the American Academy of
Neurological and Orthopedic Surgeons, and a member of the International Society
of Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology.
