Yes, Caribou

Our recent version of our annual early August
parade was, “Caribou: On the Move.” And I hear feedback
from many that do see a new energy and commitment
to building a viable Caribou of the future. I also hear
comments from the other side that are skeptical. Such
a parade theme and our brand new designation by the
State of Maine as a “Business-Friendly Community” are
bound to bring out the naysayers.

And if we are caring human beings, we understand
that there is a logical emotional place for not believing
things can change. There have been years of stagnation
