to get involved.
Over the last few months we have taken
some time to consult colleagues and
customers in order to revolutionise the
way we provide opportunities for you
to get involved. We have made some
changes that we hope will encourage you
to shape our services, provide feedback,
and contribute to change.
A new Customer Network is being
created. The network is a pool of
customers who are interested in getting
involved and replaces the forums we
used to have. There is no commitment
to get involved and there are no regular
