We take tremendous pride in producing American-Made
products. Our first option is to manufacture locally within
our production facility in Portland, OR. Our second option,
contingent upon your desired volume, lead time, and budget,
we can source products directly from our off-shore factory.

Shipping Terms & Freight Cost
• All shipments are FOB Oregon Wire Products; therefore, customer pays the freight cost.
• Oregon Wire has relationships with several carriers including UPS (for smaller orders).
Unless otherwise directed by you, we will ship to you at the lowest freight cost available.
• Customers are welcome to arrange their own shipping. We will have the product ready
for pick up by you or your assigned carrier.
• Please refer to Hours of Operation section for current shipping / will call hours.

Return Policy
• Returned products are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Product and packaging must be
in “as received” condition.
• Custom products made to order are considered final and are not returnable items.
