• All shipments are FOB Oregon Wire Products; therefore, customer
pays the freight cost.
• Oregon Wire has relationships with several carriers including UPS
(for smaller orders). Unless otherwise directed by you, we will ship
to you at the lowest freight cost available.
• Customers are welcome to arrange their own shipping. We will have
the product ready for pick up by you or your assigned carrier.
• Please refer to Hours of Operation section for current shipping / will
call hours.
RETURN POLICY
• Returned products are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Product
and packaging must be in “as received” condition.
• Custom products made to order are considered final and are not
returnable items.
