Kenmark Eyewear has announced
the renewal of an exclusive
licence agreement for the
development, production and
worldwide distribution of
eyewear for the Vera Wang
brand.
The agreement will extend
through 2025.
Kenmark Eyewear has partnered
with Vera Wang since 2001,
launching the brand into the
eyewear industry with segments
that include Vera Wang optical,
Vera Wang optical sun and VWX.

MARCOLIN ANNOUNCES
OPERATIONAL CHANGES
Marcolin Group has announced that Giovanni
Zoppas is leaving his responsibilities in the Group,
while still remaining as a director of the board.
Zoppas moves on to Thélios in the role of
CEO and general manager of the joint venture
established by Marcolin with the LVMH Group.

This is part of an agreed-upon plan between the
parties, aimed at maximizing the overall value of
Marcolin Group.
