Each product sheet features details on availability, dimensions as well as important information for placing an order. With the help of Imarklab, an interactive mar- keting consultant firm linked to HEC Montréal, COS conducted in-depth research that included polls, tests and interviews with eyecare professionals in order to fully understand their needs. The result is a user-friendly website that features a sleek, responsive design and intuitive navigation. COS also plans on devoting a section of its website to the COS Lab, which specializes in the customization and mounting of rimless frames.
