WESTGROUPE ANNOUNCES NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH SPECTILL IN SOUTH AFRICA
WestGroupe , a leader in the Canadian eyewear industry , has announced that it has appointed Spectill Ltd as its new distributor for their FYSH UK , KLiiK Denmark and Superflex brands in South Africa .
“ Over the past 20 years , Spectill has established itself as the leading optical supply company in South Africa . Their focus on developing solid , mutually beneficial , long-term relationships and their understanding of the South African eyewear market lead us to believe that this new partnership will strengthen our position and business in South Africa ”, said West- Groupe president Michael Suliteanu .

SAFILO GROUP BOARD APPOINTS NEW CHAIR
The Board of Directors of Safilo Group S . p . A . has appointed Eugenio Razelli as chairman . Mr . Razelli succeeds Robert Polet who resigned for personal reasons and remains as director of the company .
Mr . Razelli has been a member of the board since 2010 and was the CEO of Magneti Marelli SpA from 2005 to 2015 , the largest Italian global car components and systems manufacturer .
MARCOLIN ANNOUNCES RENEWAL OF LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH DIESEL
Marcolin Group and the lifestyle brand Diesel have announced the early renewal of the license agreement for the design , production and worldwide distribution of Diesel Eyewear branded sunglasses and optical frames .
The collaboration between the two groups , which began in 2010 , has been renewed until 2023 . This renewal highlights the willingness of both to pursue an even closer partnership based on a mutual approach to continuous research and experimentation in order to offer products reflecting the stylistic codes of the brand , which are passion , unconventional spirit and individuality .
