Glimpses LANVIN, MARCHON SIGN GLOBAL AGREEMENT Marchon Eyewear and Lanvin S.A., have entered into an exclusive, long-term global licensing agreement for sun and optical eyewear under the Lanvin name. The first men’s and women’s eyewear collections developed under this partnership are scheduled for global release in September 2020. In advance of that, a capsule collection comprised of four sunglasses will be previewed in March 2020. MARCOLIN, MAX&CO. INK AGREEMENT Crafted in Italy, the new men’s and women’s eyewear collections will embody Lanvin’s new aesthetic and attitude under the creative direction of Lanvin’s Bruno Sialelli, who has added his distinctive touch to the brand’s new signature style since his arrival earlier this year. Fashion brand MAX&Co. has been added to Marcolin Group’s brand portfolio. An exclusive worldwide licensing agreement was signed for the design, production and distribution of women’s eyewear under the MAX&Co. brand for a five-year period from 2020-2024. Elia Maramotti, brand director of MAX&Co., remarked: “Our partnership with Marcolin Group marks an important step in the evolution of MAX&Co. Together, we will develop design-driven eyewear, with the same attention to materials and details found in our ready-to-wear collections.” The MAX&Co. eyewear designs developed by Marcolin Group offer lightweight frames in a rich colour palette with signature brand detailing.
