Volume 12 Issue 1 » 101 BMW Service Expands » Canada’s very first BMW retailer is growing. Service has always been a signature of excellence at The BMW Store, and now it offers new and expanded facilities as of mid-June 2015. The convenience starts in advance, as guests can now schedule service appointments through custom iPhone and smartphone apps. An impressive five-lane service breezeway now greets clientele upon arrival on-site, leading to new guest interaction service stations for maximum comfort. The transformation inside is remarkable. The spacious guest lounge triples in size where guests can enjoy a stunning new Café Bar and fireplace feature. The BMW Store also offers iPads for guest use in the lounge and, for privacy, a series of enclosed quiet work stations. Service capacity has increased from 19 to 31 mechanical bays, while the number of vehicle programming bays has more than doubled to ten. There is a brand-new fully automated car wash service plus a state-of-the-art hoist and wheel alignment machine at your service. The BMW Store has increased to a team of 43 certified and licensed BMW service professionals, ready to welcome guests at the new service centre in the same location on Burrard Street and West 5th Avenue in Vancouver. Visit TheBMWStore.ca for service hours. Jaguar and Land Rover Poised to Leap » The Langley Auto Collection is expected to welcome Jaguar Langley and Land Rover Langley to Canada’s first all-luxury auto mall before the end of 2015. The sleek and elegant centre calls for the latest in Jaguar and Land Rover style. The building offers 29,025 square feet of luxurious space featuring three exclusive showrooms: Jaguar, Land Rover and Approved pre-owned vehicles. A distinct 4,300-sq.ft. Super-Luxury Pavilion is also planned as a spectacular highlight of the development. The new Jaguar and Land Rover building will host an 18-vehicle showroom, a four-vehicle service drive-in and two-lane drive-through, plus impressive amenities. Plans include a large reception and guest lounge area, a Barista Café and boutique, a boardroom seating forty people for special events, plus a kitchen and exclusive vehicle delivery area. There will be 122 parking spaces for easy access to the new centre on the corner of Langley Bypass and Glover Road. On the fixed operations side, twelve bays will service guest vehicles, while two levels of parts storage will meet guests’ parts and accessories needs. Visit facebook.com/ jlrlangley for updates.
