OpenRoad Auto Group has earned a top-ten
designation – eighth place – on the list of
2015 Best Employers in Canada. This marks
the third time in five years that OpenRoad has
received the distinction from Aon Hewitt, a
global provider of human resource solutions.
Results were tabulated from 259 participating
organizations and 350,000 employees across
Canada. The program measures employee
engagement based on levels of commitment,
motivation and performance across six
categories: employment brand, leadership,
performance, work, company practices, and
basics such as work-life balance.
OpenRoad has been recognized as one
of Canada’s Best Managed Companies
2014. The company received the
award for the third consecutive year
at a recent gala in Toronto, making
OpenRoad the only BC company in its
category to achieve the milestone.
