MANGAL KISS MID EAST BBQ
Mangal focuses on healthy and fresh Middle Eastern street food.
Vancouver doesn’t have many options for Middle Eastern cuisine to
start with, so I found this exciting. While we have several donair and
kebab shops, there are few that bring the quality and bright flavours
of Mangal Kiss. The main feature and specialty is their Shishliks,
which are shish kabobs wrapped in a traditional Iranian flat bread
called Taftoon. The Shishliks are stuffed with home-made hummus,
tahini, purple cabbage, beets, pickled turnips, cucumbers, Moroccanspiced carrots, radish, tabbouleh and a variety of Middle Eastern
sauces that are all made from scratch.
