had already given each other over 1,200
hearts to recognize the positive actions of
fellow colleagues.

give kudos, or hearts, when they experience
or observe deserving actions by their fellow
associates that are in alignment with the
company’s climate goals. The innovative
program is available on iPhone, Android
and web-based platforms to increase
flexible and immediate accessibility.
