Chris adds, “The SureStore concept is essentially a furthering of a tried
and tested, highly successful model. The team is vastly experienced in the
sector which is a key factor for us when backing these investments, and
the business model itself is pretty simple. SureStore has been developing
a pipeline of sites for some time now, all with similar features; freehold or
long leasehold sites with circa 50,000 sq ft lettable area within carefully
defined and readily identifiable cost parameters. We apply our assumed
occupancy and revenue streams based on the management team’s sector
experience and then have a reasonably clear view of the ultimate exit path.”
