Seneca Investment Managers, the Liverpool-based fund
management business has renamed two open-ended funds:
1. CF Seneca Diversified Growth Fund
(previously CF Miton Diversified Growth Fund)
2. CF Seneca Diversified Income Fund
(previously CF Miton Distribution Fund)
The name changes were instigated to fully reflect that the
business is part of the Seneca family. This more consistent
branding reflects the common multi-asset investment style
and approach across the fund range. The two Funds are
valued at circa £300 million.
“Fixed-income assets have had a remarkable run but we
expect that is now set to end,” says Simon Callow. Alan
Borrows adds: “Markets are already very twitchy – they’re
anticipating interest rate rises in the UK, as well as withdrawal
of stimulus elsewhere, and that’s going to have a significant
impact on bonds. We believe investors need to position
themselves for what could be one of the most fundamental
changes of direction in the markets for many years.”
