Seneca advises on new route forward for
Cabfind
Seneca Partners has backed Paul Dixon in the
acquisition of Lancashire-based WS Rothband
& Co, a business established in 1860 that has
been supplying the NHS for almost 70 years.

eneca’s corporate finance team has advised the
shareholders of Cabfind.com on its sale to Transdev
PLC, one of the world’s biggest transport operators
with €6.6 billion of revenues in 2013.

Cabfind.com was set up by brothers Chris and Tim Jordan
in 2005 and the Wirral based transport management
business has developed a technology enabled transport-ondemand service via private hire cars and coaches generating
turnover of £17m in 2014.
