Christopher Eades Managing Director, MENA — Braemar [email protected] Chris has been engaged in the loss adjusting profession for over 30 years working in a variety of specialist positions managing large and complex claims on a global basis in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Construction & Engineering, Mining and Property sectors. He has collectively spent over 15 years based in the Middle East and has also worked on high profile Catastrophe campaigns in the Caribbean, South America and the Far East. Since joining Braemar Adjusting, Chris has managed a significant portfolio of onshore and offshore insurance claims involving Refineries, LNG Facilities, Chemical Plants, Power Plants, Platforms, Jack-Up Rigs, Floating Production Storage and Offloading Vessels, Subsea Pipelines and Cables, Mooring Systems and Land Rigs. Following a 10 year period working in the London Market, Chris transferred to Dubai in 2013 to take up the position of Managing Director for MENA operations, where he has managed various Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Construction and Property claims, together with Risk Survey and Expert Services assignments, in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, Iraq, Iran and India. ‘Chemicals & the Economy’ blog. He was widely recognised for his foresight in warning of the 2008 financial crisis. Paul is non-executive Chairman of NiTech Solutions and a Director of Recycling Technologies. Prior to launching IeC in 1995, Paul spent 17 years with Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI), both in England and the USA, where he held senior executive positions in petrochemicals and chloralkali, and was Executive Director of a $1 billion ICI business. Paul serves as a Global Expert with the World Economic Forum and is a Member of the Energy Institute and a Freeman of the City of London. He is a graduate of the University of York, and studied with the IMD business school in Switzerland. He lives in London, is married with 2 sons, and is a tennis, cricket and skiing enthusiast.
