In the unmanaged customization solution, open ‘Entities’ in the left navigation panel and select the entity
where you wish to customize the form. Select ‘Forms’ to open the list of forms for the selected entity.
Open the unmanaged form from the list.
For this example, we will make the change in client custom Event Meeting Setup form.
First, you must add a new section to the form for the sub-grid. Navigate to the Insert tab on the form
ribbon toolbar and select ‘One Column’. You can move the section by dragging and dropping it to
location on the form where you would like the sub-grid to appear.
