Method of Refund
The method used is dependent on whether your organization is using UX Online™ GL and AP
Integrations.
Yes. We use the UX Online™ GL Integration and UX Online™ AP Integration
The check refund process requires you to enter a refund transaction in UX Online™, and then run the
Refund Processing utility to create the appropriate payment vouchers in your Payables accounting
module.
No. We do not use this integration.
In this case, the check refund process requires that you enter a refund transaction in UX Online™, and
then manually enter the payment vouchers into your Payables accounting module.
