Create Duplicate Detection Rules
Configuring Duplicate Detection Rules allows you to define the criteria or conditions for a record to be
considered a duplicate, thereby triggering the Duplicate Detection Wizard mentioned earlier.
As an example, you might want to set a rule that states if two contacts have the same phone number and
address, they are flagged as potential duplicates. This depends greatly on your organizational
