Auditing specific entities and fields
7 When the default solution opens, you will see a listing of the entities in the system. You can
view whether the entities are being audited by the value Audit Status column.
Notice that auditing can be defined on most system or custom entities with a few
exceptions. For example, you cannot audit Article Template or Activity.
Note! Even though the activity entity cannot be audited, you can still audit individual types
such as phone calls and appointments.
8 To edit the auditing settings for a specific entity, simply open up the properties for that
entity.
