A previous SAF-funded project delivered the U@
USQ Framework to guide the ongoing delivery of
a seamless online user experience for students
at USQ. It is this Framework that has informed
the User Experience Principles currently in
draft for inclusion in the Enterprise Architecture
Policy.
This policy will be supported by a new User
Experience Standards Procedure which is also
in development and includes tools to support
Project Managers and system custodians
facilitate an exceptional online experience.

Single Sign On
To date the project has successfully integrated
more than 25 separate systems into a Single
sign on solution, which is saving our user’s time
and creating a more seamless experience as
they move between systems – that is more than
25 systems users no longer have to individually
log in to!
