One USQ Experience Projects User Experience The User Experience sub-project is progressing improvements to the online user experience by developing and implementing baseline experience elements such as: • • • • • • Common look and feel and branding Accessibility and Mobility Browser compatibility Single sign on where possible Fit-for-purpose system selection User-centred design approach A previous SAF-funded project delivered the U@ USQ Framework to guide the ongoing delivery of a seamless online user experience for students at USQ. It is this Framework that has informed the User Experience Principles currently in draft for inclusion in the Enterprise Architecture Policy. This policy will be supported by a new User Experience Standards Procedure which is also in development and includes tools to support Project Managers and system custodians facilitate an exceptional online experience.
